CONCEPT
Measured Continuity
CELI translated the design intent into an environment where horizontality, alignment, and material consistency define the spatial experience.
Wood surfaces, integrated elements, and reflective planes are composed to maintain a low visual profile, allowing space and light to flow without interruption.
Execution favours precision over emphasis, resolving complexity through control and proportion rather than gesture.
Originally executed by CELI as TECNOMAR M/Y Low Profile, the yacht is now known as M/Y Modus.
INTERIORS & MATERIALS
Alignment and Restraint
Living areas and private spaces are articulated through continuous joinery systems that unify walls, ceilings, and fixed furnishings. Transitions between functions are softened through alignment and material repetition, ensuring visual calm and spatial coherence throughout the yacht. Mirrored surfaces and glazed elements extend perspectives, while the execution of wood panels and furniture anchors the interiors with warmth and tactile depth. Every component is designed to support movement on board, durability, and repeated daily use, without disrupting the overall balance.
The material execution of TECNOMAR M/Y Low Profile centres on finely selected woods, worked to achieve uniformity across large surfaces and detailed elements alike. Grain direction, junctions, and finishes are carefully managed to reinforce continuity and precision.
Textured inserts and discreet metal details introduce depth without contrast, while reflective surfaces are calibrated to amplify light rather than dominate it. The result is an interior language where material quality and execution remain understated, consistent, and suited to long-term use at sea.
